Separation agreement
Tower Australia has announced that in November 2011, they will be renamed TAL. Tower are changing their name their obligations under their separation agreement and the merger with Tower New Zealand. Tower Australia formally de-merged and became a stand-alone trauma cover business in 2006. As part of this separation, Tower Tower, the name used for a period of 5 years. This period of five years expeires in November 2011.
